Apologies -
Welcome all to the wheatsheaf 2023 AGM- its been a challenging year with the fishing been difficult at times, but I would like to say thankyou to all our members for helping keep the pond looking well , big thankyou to all those who came down and helped on the working party days to install new pegs and the new road , the windmill aerator and the solar power in the cabin, amongst other jobs down there .
REMINDER:
The wheatsheaf Angling site in Sherburn is leased to us by the Sherburn parish Council, this is a community area and open to all members of the public this includes people walking round the site or with their pets or members of the public just sitting and enjoying the surroundings, we will accommodate all abilities of Angling or any persons just visiting the club ,we get great feedback by the parish council and investment from them when required.
We do not own the site or the fish in the pond but we have to maintain the stock in the pond.
All members are classed as bailiffs if you see somebody breaking the rules go speak to them! If you feel uncomfortable doing so contact one of the committee.
